How the score works
For the target you pick, we count how often each of 106 skills and tools appears across its live postings. Your score is the share of that demand your resume covers, weighted by frequency: a skill in 60% of postings counts six times more than one in 10%. Soft skills (leadership, stakeholder management and the like) count at 40% weight and never fill the free top-3 list. For the top-20 option we compare you with those companies' postings for the role named in your resume's headline (say, ML engineer or account executive), or, if we can't spot one, the function your skills match best. Missing keywords are the most-demanded skills we didn't find. It's a keyword match, not a judgment of you: use it to tailor wording, not to decide whether to apply.
