AI Open Roles reads the public job boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) of 235 companies every day and stores each role's first and last sighting. No scraping behind logins, no third-party data.

Hiring pace

Net new roles = roles opened minus roles closed in the last 7 or 30 days. ▲/▼ compares with the previous period. Opened: ATS publish date Closed: no longer listed (tracked since 2026-10-16)

Signals

New team / function / location: a company opens 3+ roles in the last 14 days in a function, team or city where it had none before. Surge: far more roles opened this week than last.

Salaries

Only ranges the company publishes. USD annual base, midpoint of each range, then p25 / median / p75 over postings (minimum 5).

Fresh and open 60+ days

Fresh = posted in the last 7 days. Roles open 60+ days are flagged: they may be evergreen, paused or already filled.

History starts 2026-10-16. Until a few weeks of daily snapshots build up, closures are under-counted and net new roles ≈ gross openings.
